The Benelux Cup kicks off with two qualifiers, that are open to every team. If you feel your team has what it takes to take part in the Benelux Cup, we welcome you to sign up. The best three teams from each qualifier will make it to the play-offs. Each game will be held in a best-of-1 format and the qualifiers will use the system of double elimination (meaning a team will have to lose twice, before it is eliminated from the competition). Each qualifier will take place over two days. The top 3 teams of each qualifier will place themselves for the Qualifier Playoffs.
Qualifier 1: 29 & 30 September
Qualifier 2: 05 & 06 October
The qualifier play-offs are the next step after the qualifiers and will be the final stage before the start of the Benelux Cup. Two team from the Bottom four of the Benelux League got an invite to this stage. All open spots for the group stage of the Benelux Cup will be filled after the qualifier playoffs. Each game will be held in a best-of-3 format and double elimination will be in effect (meaning a team will have to lose twice, before it is eliminated from the competition). The play-offs will take place over two days.
Play Off Day 1: 20 October
Play Off Day 2: 21 October
Eight teams will take part in the Group Stage of the Benelux Cup. The top four teams from the Benelux League got an invite to this stage. They will be joined by the four best teams from the qualifier playoffs.
The format for the Group Stage will the GLS-system. Teams will be divided in two groups of four. Teams will play each other in a best-of-3 and a team needs two wins to progress to the finals. Two losses means you are out.
The top 2 from each group will progress to the grand finals.

In the finals of the Benelux Cup the four best teams from the group stage will get to decide who gets to lift the trophy. Both the semi-finals and the final will be played in a best-of-three.

The Benelux Cup will have a total prize pool of €10,000! The top team will take home €4,000, while second place will still get you and your team €2,000. If you make it through the group stage, you are guaranteed a minimum of €1,000. The final €2,000 will be part of our fairplay fee, which will be divided under the teams from the group stage that have maintained fair play throughout the competition
